Please understand, when you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment time that could have been used for another patient. Any time you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate a call from you at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.
A fee of $40 will be applied to your account if 24 hour advanced notice is not given. This fee is not covered by insurance carriers or Medicare and will be your responsibility to pay in full prior to scheduling your next appointment. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
